Welcome to Nature Inn. By accessing or using our services and website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings or use of our content.

1. Website Information

1.1. All content displayed on www.thenatureinnmanali.com is the exclusive property of Nature Inn. We reserve the right to add, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

1.2. You may use content from the Nature Inn website for promotional, informational, or reservation-related purposes. However, copying, imitating, or reproducing any part of the website’s content for other websites or purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

1.3. While we strive to maintain accuracy, some information may be under update. We recommend confirming key details via phone, message, or email.

1.4. Any unauthorized tampering or interference with the website’s functionality is prohibited.

1.5. Posting offensive content or comments related to Nature Inn on social platforms may result in legal action under Sections 292/293/294 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. General Information

2.1. Amenities and service levels at Nature Inn may vary from those offered in metropolitan hotels.

2.2. Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM

2.3. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, or PAN Card) at check-in.

2.4. For children below 12 years, a birth certificate may be requested if age verification is needed.

2.5. A maximum of 4 adults are allowed in most room categories, except Family Suites (6 persons) and Cottages (8 persons).

2.6. “Extra bed” refers to an extra mattress provided in the room.

2.7. Guests are advised to keep personal belongings safe. Nature Inn is not responsible for any loss or theft due to negligence.

2.8. Infants/children under 5 years can stay free, but meals or milk requirements will be charged separately.

2.9. Additional surcharges apply during festivals or peak seasons.

2.10. In case of delayed arrival, please inform the hotel in advance. Failure to do so may result in your booking being considered a no-show.

2.11. Due to unforeseen circumstances, guests may be shifted to a partner hotel of equal or higher category.

2.12. Extension of stays is subject to room availability.

2.13. Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

3. Meals & Packages

3.1. The hotel may switch between buffet service and room service depending on occupancy.

3.2. If buffet is provided and a guest prefers room service, applicable charges will be levied.

3.3. Meal timings must be confirmed with the hotel. Missed meals will not be refunded.

3.4. Guests on EP plan (room only) can order from the food menu. Bills must be cleared before checkout.

3.5. Guests on CP (Breakfast Only) or MAP (Breakfast + Dinner) plans will typically be served buffet meals. Room service is available from a fixed menu.

3.6. Nature Inn is not responsible for changes/cancellations made by transport providers in Volvo, group, or corporate packages.
